Sober Living Through Fitness
ATTENTION
****As you probably all know, the county has declared a state of emergency in response to the OVID-19 pandemic. We at ROCovery have to take the necessary precautions to protect our members and our community. Unfortunately, after much thought, we feel that we have no choice but to cancel all indoor activities (including mutual aid/support meetings) and close the center. We will reassess the situation on a weekly basis and keep you updated. IF you or someone you know needs support, please still call the center. Some staff will be on site intermittently and we will be checking voicemail regularly. Thank you for your support, patience and understanding. ****
ROCovery Fitness is a supportive community of physically active individuals brought together by sober living, committed to creating an environment of healing and recovery. Members, friends and families are empowered to discover their inner strength and confidence through adventure, fun and camaraderie.
Our programs are free and open to anyone with 48 hours of continuous sobriety. We welcome friends, family members and those who choose to live sober.
The ROCovery Outreach Center is located at 1035 Dewey Avenue, Rochester, New York 14613.

We never envisioned ROCovery or could have dreamed of this day when we set out on that first hike 5 years ago. But then we also never envisioned the life sobriety has given us. Thanks to the generosity, kindness, love and support of our community, the day has finally come. ROCovery has found a home. We introduce you to NY’s first sober active community center. We ARE taking back the streets, we WON’T let addiction continue to destroy our neighborhood, we WILL... spread the HOPE of RECOVERY! Join us, for the ride of a lifetime.
"I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge. That myth is more potent than history. That dreams are more powerful than facts. That hope always triumphs over experience. That laughter is the only cure for grief. And I believe that love is stronger than death." Robert Fulghum

Our thoughts go out to the Mullin family for the tragic loss of our dear friend and founding member of ROCovery Fitness. Forever in our hearts Patrick Mullin. Our lives will not be the same without you.
